About the application

Market on Fifth's Fall & Holiday Season will run from September 4 through December 18, 2026.

Following the Fall & Holiday Season, Market on Fifth will be on holiday break on December 25, 2026, and January 1, 2027. We will return on January 8, 2027, to kick off our Winter Season.

We look forward to celebrating another incredible season of supporting local businesses and bringing the community together in Downtown Apopka.

🍂 What's New This Season

Welcome to another season of Market on Fifth! As we continue to grow, we've made a few updates to help create a smoother experience for both our vendors and our team. Please review the changes below before submitting your application.

Event Sponsorships
Businesses can now become the Exclusive Event Sponsor for Market on Fifth! With only one sponsorship available per market, sponsors receive premium placement, social media promotion, event recognition, and other exclusive perks designed to put their brand in front of our community.

Payment Deadline
Vendor fees are now due the Friday before your scheduled market. Moving the payment deadline earlier allows us to finalize the vendor lineup sooner, better promote each week's market, and offer any available spaces to vendors on our waitlist with adequate notice.

Seasonal Applications
All vendors, including returning vendors, are required to submit a new application each season. Participation in previous seasons does not guarantee acceptance for future markets.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, please do so by the
Monday prior to your scheduled market to be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations received after the deadline, including those due to weather concerns, are not eligible for refunds or credits unless the market itself is canceled by Market on Fifth due to severe weather.

Attendance & Reliability
When you are approved for a market date, we ask that you make every effort to attend. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen; however, frequent cancellations or repeated last-minute call-outs make it difficult to maintain a consistent experience for our guests and fellow vendors. A pattern of excessive cancellations or no-shows may be taken into consideration when reviewing future applications and scheduling decisions.

Thank you for helping us create a vibrant, reliable, and welcoming market experience for our community. We look forward to reviewing your application!

Tent Weight Requirement
For the safety of our vendors and guests, all tents must be secured with a minimum of 20 pounds of weight per tent leg (80 pounds total). Due to the potential for sudden wind gusts, this requirement will be enforced regardless of weather conditions at the time of setup. Vendors who do not have adequate tent weights will not be permitted to set up until the requirement is met.

Payment Processing

Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and cash transactions. Propagate Social House will not provide vendors with cash/change for transactions and cannot guarantee Wi-Fi access will reach the market space. For this reason, vendors are required to bring their own Wi-Fi hotspot for transaction processing.

Power/Generators

If the use of a generator is required for your tent, only “Quiet Generators”(below 60 decibels) are permitted. We do not allow the use of the generators over 60 decibels for any reason in an effort to maintain a comfortable evening for other vendors, patrons and our business neighbors. Vendors who are not in compliance with this rule may be asked to remove their generator, move locations or leave the event.

Lighting

Since the event will extend after sunset, Propagate will provide area lighting for pathways, however, vendors should provide battery-operated lighting for inside their tents.

Trash
Vendors will be required to supply their own trash cans and remove trash at the end of the event. There is not a dumpster on-site.

Cottage Law Food Vendors

If you are selling foods which do not fall under the Cottage Law list, please bring your food license from DBPR or FDACs along with a copy of your most recent commissary kitchen rental invoice to ensure compliance with local & state food safety regulations.
