Booth Size: Each booth includes a 10’ x 10’ footprint with one 6’ table and two chairs.

Included Badges: 2 Exhibitor Badges per booth
Additional Badges: Up to 2 additional badges may be purchased for $45 each

2. Event Information
Dates: Friday, January 8 through Sunday, January 10, 2027
Location: Embassy Suites Frisco Conference Center
Address: 7601 Gaylord Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034
Event Duration: 3 days with Setup on Thursday January 7th
3. Application and Payment
Applications will be juried for signs of AI-generated or stolen art.
A valid Texas Sales Tax ID is required to vend.
Your card will only be charged if your application is accepted.
Applications missing a valid Texas Sales Tax ID will not be approved.
4. Terms and Conditions
By applying, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You will not sell weapons, swords, tobacco, vape products, food, drink, animals, or timeshares without written consent.
You will adhere to the Zero-Tolerance AI Art Policy. Any AI-generated art will result in booth removal.
You will adhere to the Zero-Tolerance Bootleg Goods Policy. Any unlicensed reproductions of official merchandise will result in booth removal.
Any proxy or representative working on behalf of an artist or company must provide proper documentation.
Booth sharing is not permitted without prior written approval.
All tables must be covered, and boxes, trash, and storage must be hidden from view.
Move-in must be completed through the rear loading dock. Late arrivals may lose their booth space.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal tax laws.
5. Content Maturity Restrictions
Anime Dallas is a PG-13 event from a display standpoint.
All items on display or for sale must be appropriate for general audiences.
Explicit or lewd items must be kept in covered binders and may only be sold if you verify IDs and ensure those items are fully obscured in packaging.
Do not display content that includes sexual acts, kink imagery, or anything that approaches NC-17 or higher ratings.
If you think an item may be questionable, it’s best not to display it.
Items of this nature must be reviewed by staff before being displayed or sold.
Any art depicting characters who appear under 18 in lewd or revealing poses will be removed immediately.
What qualifies as a lewd or inappropriate pose:
Clothing that is failing to cover nudity
Poses that suggest or imply sexual acts
Depictions involving bodily fluids or explicit context
If you are selling adult-oriented work that is within policy, it must be packaged in non-transparent wrapping or bags when sold.
6. AI Art, Stolen Art, and Bootleg Merchandise
Anime Dallas enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on AI-generated art, stolen work, and unlicensed merchandise.
Absolutely no AI-generated content is allowed for sale or display.
AI-assisted elements such as backgrounds or textures are also not allowed.
Do not sell or display any artwork, designs, or images that are not official or you did not personally create.
3D-printed models downloaded from online sources without significant modification are not permitted.
Bootleg, unlicensed, or counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
This event is family friendly, and any display or sale of prohibited material may result in booth removal without refund. If you are unsure whether an item is acceptable, please contact event staff or request written confirmation before displaying it.
7. Setup and Conduct
Move-in must occur through designated loading areas.
Exhibitors must be fully set up by show opening.
Booths must remain staffed during event hours.
Exhibitors must maintain a clean and organized space.
Any violations of these rules may result in loss of space without refund.
8. General Guidelines
Displays must stay within the purchased booth area.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their merchandise.
Electricity is not provided by default and must be arranged through the venue if needed.
Please report any safety or conduct concerns to convention staff immediately.
9. Agreement
By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions above.

- By purchasing you agree to the following rules: AI Art Policy,: We are enforcing a zero-tolerance policy on AI-generated art. Proxies & Documentation: Any proxy working on behalf of an artist/company must provide proper documentation. Booth Splitting: Booth sharing is not permitted without prior written approval. Decorating: All tables must be covered. Standard black table cloths are preferred however branded and personal business style cloths are acceptable. Move in Policy: Exhibitors are to move in through the rear loading dock area. Upon load in closing, empty booths will be removed and late arrivals will not be allowed.
