Business Booth Participation
About the application
We invite local businesses and organizations to join in the fun at PumpkinFest by setting up a festive booth.
This is a great opportunity to connect with the community, promote your business, and be part of a beloved fall tradition. All participating businesses are asked to bring individually wrapped candy to hand out to children and provide a simple, family-friendly game or activity at your booth.
Booth Requirements:
Bring your own table, chairs, and optional tent (10x10 max)
Decorate your booth in a fun theme
Provide a simple game or activity (examples: ring toss, spin-the-wheel, bean bag toss, etc.)
Bring enough individually wrapped candy for approximately [insert estimate, e.g., 500–1,000 kids]
Staff your booth for the entire event duration (5:00 - 8:00pm)
The goal is to create an interactive, memorable experience for families while helping promote your business in a fun and engaging way!
There’s no fee to participate, but spots are limited—so sign up early!

By registering for a booth at PumpkinFest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
