Bluebonnet 2027 Arts and Crafts Vendor Application
About the application
Please fill out the entire application including at least two pictures of your booth set up and two pictures of your product. You will not be charged until you have been accepted into the festival by the Bluebonnet Festival committee. This is a 3 day festival and you must be able to stay the entire time once you are set up you are not able to leave until the end of the festival. Just a reminder-Requested placements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please be aware of potential scammers requesting payments, especially from out of state. We have received reports of fraudulent payment requests. The Burnet Chamber does not process payments through Facebook, Venmo, or PayPal, and we will never ask you to send credit card information through those platforms.
All official payments should be made through Eventeny. If you have any questions or concerns about your payment, please contact us directly by email (kristi@burnetchamber.org) or call our office (512.756.4297). For your security, do not share payment information unless you are using our official payment process or speaking directly with our office.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
I understand that the Chamber reserves the right to cancel this registration. I understand I must furnish my own tents, tables, chairs and weights and stay within my allotted vendor booth space. I understand that this event is rain or shine and will prepare accordingly. I understand the Burnet Chamber of Commerce staff, volunteers, directors and officers or agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or merchandise or accident/injury to me or my staff and do hold harmless any of the above individual or business for any and all liability. I further acknowledge that is the exhibitors' responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax as required by the State of Texas.
Severe Weather Policy: If the Festival is suspended, closed, or canceled due to severe weather or other unsafe conditions, vendors must promptly secure and remove all merchandise, equipment, and personal property as directed by Festival officials. The Bluebonnet Festival is not responsible for lost, damaged, or abandoned property, lost inventory, missed sales, or other financial losses resulting from the closure. Booth fees are nonrefundable.

- I understand that being disrespectful to the Bluebonnet Festival 2027 Committee, Volunteers, Staff, Police, Fire, City Staff and/or other vendors will result in not being invited back.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to plan for wind and rain at Bluebonnet Festival 2027. Leaving early because of either may result in not being invited back. I understand I must properly secure my tent with weights to prevent wind damage.
- I understand that my completion of this application does not guarantee me a spot at Bluebonnet Festival 2027. If I am not selected by the selection committee due to space constraints or variety of goods, I understand I will be refunded my application deposit.
