About the application
Thank you so much for your interest in participating in K-pop Minicon as a fan club/organization table! We are always looking to promote local groups so the community can grow. Please review the information below:
Fan Clubs: Group Specific or Location Specific Fan Clubs (ex: shawols4ever, Kpoppers of Wyoming)
Organizations: Non-Profits, Cultural Organizations, Student Organizations,
Conventions/Events: Kpop Event Organizer; Anime, Comic, or Cultural Convention
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Fan Club/Organization Tables are expected to be manned throughout vendor hall hours and may not be dismantled prior to this without authorization. Kpop Minicon will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an unmanned booth during show hours.
2. Fan Club/Organization Tables are not permitted to make any onsite sales transactions at their table. This includes selling merchandise/tickets. You are welcome to direct attendees to your website though to accept donations.
