About the event
Terms & Conditions
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A Certificate of Liability insurance - The insurance upload is not required until you are accepted. Once accepted, please login and add your COI.
- Vendors must have a Wisconsin Sales and Use permit and will be required with this application.
- A valid credit card or debit card must be entered for the booth fee to be charged on March 1st and the compliance fee if applicable after the festival.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
Vendor Booth Information:
The glass blowing booth will be located on the City Hall North Lawn and will approximately 10X20. It is not for workshops but will be to sell your glass artwork and promote the workshops happening at Oktoberfest 2026.
Booth Fee:
The booth fee is $250

| Compliance Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Vendor acknowledges that a $100 compliance fee will be charged to their credit card information on file in the event there is damage to property, grounds are not cleared of all boxes, paper, glass and/or other debris to the satisfaction of Festivals, and/or Vendor has not complied with Festival Rules. |
