WE ARE ASKING FOR A $200 DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL HAVE FOOD OFFERINGS FOR OUR ARTISANS AND GUESTS.  NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS, LEAVING EARLY OR CANCILLATION WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE EVENT! YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU WITHIN FIVE DAYS FROM THE EVENT'S COMPLETION.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.

1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved and payment is made.

2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc.

3. Please keep your items within your booth space.

4. All Food trucks/tents will be located outside, near the front entrance of the convention center. 

5. Booth spaces will be first come, first served basis.

6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.

7.Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning.  Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the parking lot by 8:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm

8. No music allowed except approved by show management.

9. There are no outside electrical outlets.

10. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.1

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
