Join us on the Lynn waterfront for the 2026 Lynn Brews, Views, Bites & Beats Festival!
Hosted by the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce, this annual community celebration brings together some of the region's best food trucks, local craft beverages, live music, artisan vendors, and family-friendly entertainment at the scenic Lynn Ferry Terminal.
Drawing more than 1,000 attendees each year, the festival offers food truck operators a unique opportunity to showcase their cuisine to residents and visitors from across the North Shore while enjoying beautiful waterfront views and a lively festival atmosphere.
This year's event will feature:

• Bent Water Brewing Co. as the Official Festival Drink

• Local artisans and small businesses
• Family-friendly activities
• Stunning views of Lynn Harbor
We are seeking food truck operators who offer high-quality food, excellent customer service, and a unique menu that will help create an unforgettable experience for festival attendees.

Please note: All food trucks must arrive by 8:00 AM for setup. Applications are subject to review and approval by the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce.

Terms & Conditions
APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. The Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit participation based on event needs, menu variety, space availability, previous event participation, and compliance with all festival requirements.
PAYMENT POLICY
Registration fees are non-refundable once an application has been approved. If an applicant is not accepted into the event, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
EVENT HOURS & SETUP
The festival will be open to the public from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
All food trucks must arrive and be fully checked in by 8:00 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
Food trucks may not leave the event before the conclusion of the festival without prior approval from event organizers. For safety reasons, vehicle movement during event hours may be restricted.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT COMPLIANCE
All participating food vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including requirements established by the Lynn Public Health Department.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all required permits, licenses, certifications, and inspections, including but not limited to:
• Temporary Food Application
• Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Certification
• Allergen Awareness Certification
• Commissary Kitchen Documentation
• Insurance Documentation
Failure to provide required documentation may result in removal from the event without refund.
POWER & EQUIPMENT
Electricity, generators, water hookups, and other utilities will not be provided by event organizers unless otherwise specified.
Vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment necessary for the safe and successful operation of their food truck.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All food truck operators must maintain general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce as an Additional Insured.
Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to approval.
WEATHER POLICY
The Lynn Brews, Views, Bites & Beats Festival is a rain-or-shine event.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce.
If severe weather, public safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers require cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event, the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce shall not be liable for any losses incurred by participating vendors.
VENDOR CONDUCT
Food truck operators are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and family-friendly environment throughout the event.
The Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior, operations, products, or conduct are deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the goals of the event.
LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating in the festival, the applicant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce, the City of Lynn, event sponsors, volunteers, property owners, and affiliated organizations from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the event.
CERTIFICATION
By signing this application, I certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and will comply with all event rules and requirements established by the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce.
