About the application
INVITATION FOR VENDOR AND EXHIBITOR APPLICATIONS
The South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for vendors and exhibitors for the 2026 Concert in the Park. The following essential information is provided to ensure a safe and well-organized event for everyone. All guidelines must be followed. Please contact Han-Ching Wong, Exhibitor Coordinator, in advance to clarify any questions you may have at hanching.wong@ssfca.gov or (650) 877-8914. More information about Concert in the Park is available at www.ssfca.gov/concert. Due to limited booth spaces, not all groups will be selected.
What do Vendors receive?
- Vendors will receive a 10’x10’ high peak festival tent, one 6’ table, and two chairs.
- Vendor name will be published in the event program.
How do organizations and vendors apply for a Vendor Booth?
- Complete the Concert in the Park Vendor Application through Eventeny, our new vendor application platform, by Wednesday, July 22, at 11:59 p.m. Your application does not guarantee your participation in the event.
- Applicants will receive confirmation of their participation status by Friday, July 31, 2026. Once accepted, applicants must pay a $50 participation fee by Friday, August 7, 2026. This fee applies to all vendors and is subject to any applicable transaction or credit card processing fees. The fee is required of all vendors and organizations, including nonprofits. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of our participation in the event.
- If selected, Vendors must attend a mandatory event orientation meeting on either Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. or Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.. Accepted Vendors will receive the Zoom link and additional event information prior to the orientation meeting. Attendance at a required orientation session is mandatory; vendors who fail to attend may forfeit their participation in the event.

About the event

- I acknowledge that I, or an authorized representative of my organization, am required to pay the mandatory $50 application fee, plus any applicable transaction or credit card processing fees, by the designated payment deadline on Friday, August 7, 2026. This fee applies to all vendors and is subject to any applicable transaction or credit card processing fees. Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the event.
- I acknowledge that I, or an authorized representative of my organization, am required to attend a mandatory event orientation meeting on either Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. or Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.. Failure to attend the required orientation meeting will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the event.
- I acknowledge that the concert concludes at 5:00 p.m. and that I, or an authorized representative of my organization, am required to remain onsite until the end of the event. Failure to remain through the conclusion of the concert may result in the loss of eligibility to participate in future Concert in the Park events.
