Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the Fall Festival at Big Canoe! Please read the following information carefully.
Event Information:
VENDOR SET-UP WILL BE MANDATORY ON THE FRIDAY EVENING BEFORE THE EVENT FROM 2-8PM The Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, September 26 from 12-6pm outside at the Big Canoe Resort in Jasper, Ga. Makers and artisans are expected to staff their booth for the entire festival. This is a 100% outdoor event. Vendor load-in will be Friday, September 25th, starting at 2 pm. Vendors must be on-site Saturday, the 26th by 10:30 a.m.
What is th Fall Festival?
The Fall Festival is an annual event in Big Canoe hosted by Big Canoe and Black Sheep Promotions. This is our third year providing the vendors for this event, and it continues to grow. Last year this event drew thousands of people and we fully expect to exceed that number this year.
Should I Apply?
If you are a maker, artisan, picker, baker, junker, or creator, then you are potentially a good fit for this Fall Festival. Every vendor must be cash and carry. Meaning you must have product on hand to sell at the market.
What is the process of applying?
Please complete the vendor application. Pay careful attention to the qualifications and requirements, and note that an image of your complete vendor set-up is expected. You may apply through 11:59pm September 19.
Please note, once accepted, there is a no refund policy for cancellations.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS: This is a family friendly festival that will include craft beer, food vendors and live music for Big Canoe residents only.
All vendors must be approved by the Event Committee, which reserves the right to permit vendors and limit activities at its sole discretion.
- Only vendors and products that are approved by the Event Committee will be permitted.
- The application deadline is September 19, 2026. Vendor space will be assigned by the Event Committee.
- Multiple spaces may be requested for an additional fee per space and must be selected during application process.
- There will not be electricity or water provided. If you need electricity, you will need to bring a quiet generator. If you need water, you will need to provide your own.
- One Vendor per booth space; sharing of booth space is not allowed. Vendors cannot sublet or apportion space to anyone else.
- Set-up is allowed during allotted times only. While the Event Committee will make every effort to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee space locations and locations will be assigned by the Event Committee.
- Vendors must be set-up within their designated space.
- Vendors must provide their own tents, displays, chairs, tables, set-up equipment, change, etc. Tent weights are necessary for setup.
- The Event Committee reserves the right to ask any Vendor to remove any product or display deemed not acceptable by the Event Committee at the sole discretion of the Event Committee.
- The Event Committee reserves the right to remove from our mailing list Vendors who display unprofessional behavior.
- Vendors must be present and operational for the duration of the festival. Early breakdown will not be permitted.
- There is no rain date – come prepared rain or shine.
- Booth must always be open and manned during festival hours.
- Vendors are responsible for booth set-up, break down, and security of your property.
- Booth must be set-up and ready for business by 11:30am.
- All vehicles, trailers and debris not part of your set-up are to be off the street and cleared from the festival area by 11:00 am.
- After unloading and setup, vendor vehicles and trailers must be moved to designated vendor parking area(s).
- Vehicles and trailers are not permitted to enter the festival grounds and area during festival hours of operation, unless otherwise approved by the Event Committee.
- Vendors will not be allowed to park cars, trucks, or trailers at the curb surrounding the park during festival hours – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Vendors must unload and move vehicles immediately to designated parking areas. If Vendor carries additional stock, it is suggested to bring a dolly or handcart to bring additional stock to booth as necessary.
- Vendors are responsible for Georgia State Sales Tax collection and reporting and any other sales fees or other charges that may be applicable to any activity relating to this festival.
Food Vendor booth space does not include electricity or water.
By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this application and does hereby release and discharge Black Sheep Events, LLC and Big Canoe, its agents, representatives and/or employees from all claims, actions or causes of actions, in law or equity, in any way related to any loss or damage to the undersigned or undersigned’s property. The undersigned has read and agrees to the terms in this complete application. Black Sheep Events has the right to refuse participation for any reason at any time.
