Vendor Application - Fall 2026 Carolina Indie Fest

Welcome to Carolina Indie Fest!  This Fall we have located all our vendors in the public parking lot at the corner of Steele and Cole Streets in downtown Sanford, NC.  Full details are below in Terms & Conditions.

We try to treat our vendors well.  When our Fall 2025 event was rained out we honored the payments of all vendors selected for that event at our Spring 2026 event.  While this may not always be possible we recognize the difficulty of being a small business and want to be respectful of that as possible.

All vendors must pay a $75/day fee to participate.  This is a nonrefundable fee as the event is rain or shine.  For profit & nonprofit service providers may purchase sponsorships at the Big Talent level ($1000) and above to get vendor spaces.

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and we will give preference to crafty vendors with handmade items.

Carolina Indie Fest occurs over two days, you can choose to vend on one or both days.  We may give preference to two day vendors as it makes load in/out much easier.  We have overnight security and two day vendors may leave their inventory overnight.

Vendors will want a tent and a light source.  Expect a 10ft x 10ft spot without access to electrical or water.  We need to be notified if you intend to use a generator.  You may purchase additional spots.

To remain a vendor in good standing please pack in/pack out and don't leave trash behind for Hugger Mugger staff.  Load in/out instructions will be provided closer to the date of the event.

We are seeking original work and will not approve applications for Scentsy, Pampered Chef, or other such MLM vendors.  Food trucks are already selected for the event from the daily rotation of trucks serving Hugger Mugger Brewing.  If you would like to be part of the brewery's daily rotation write tim@huggermuggerbrewing.com.
