Terms & Conditions
- All trucks are responsible for compliance with the Pitt County Health Department.
- All trucks must be fully contained.
- If you are not a Pitt County Permitted food truck, you must complete a Temporary Food Vending Application, but no fee will be associated with the application. Please return the TFV with this application.
- Participants should arrive on-site by 4:00pm to receive booth assignment.
- No vehicles will be allowed on site between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
- Distribution of promotional materials is encouraged. All materials exhibited must be appropriate for all ages and audiences.
- If you wish to withdraw from an event you have been selected for, you must send written confirmation of your withdrawal to madison@downtowngreenville.com no later than 1 week before the event to receive a refund.
