NOMI ALL NATIONS WATCH PARTIES AND EVENTS

You are applying to vend at The NoMi All Nations Fan Experience, a 39-day international celebration of soccer, culture, food, music, and community taking place at NoMi Village in North Miami, Florida from June 11 through July 19, 2026. The event will feature daily watch parties, international food experiences, family-friendly activities, kid zones, pitch competitions, cultural performances, live entertainment, and special Nation Takeover Nights celebrating countries from around the world. Vendors have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to thousands of attendees throughout the festival, with opportunities available for retail vendors, artisan and craft vendors, food vendors, and business service providers. Flexible participation options include daily, weekly, June-only, July-only, and full-festival (All Nations Takeover) packages, allowing businesses to choose the level of exposure that best fits their goals and budget. Please note that blackout dates apply and vendor operations will not be available on June 13, June 21, June 28, July 11, and July 19 due to private events and premium programming activations. You will not be billed until your application is approved.

Welcome to the NoMi All Nations Fan Experience. All Food Vendors must possess all necessary licenses and permits (including a Business Tax Receipt) to operate in Florida, Broward County, and the City of Miramar before a vending approval can be granted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALCOHOL OR BEVERAGE VENDING SALES.

ELECTRICITY
All vendors are required to provide their own power. Food Truck Operators, Trailers, and Mobile Shops must provide their own power source via a quiet generator.
EVENT GUIDELINES
• Event management reserves the right to refuse the application of any company or individual.
• Event management reserves the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time.
• Your spot is not secured until you are paid in full.
• Your space/truck must be set up two hours prior to Event start time.
• If you arrive after Event setup time, you will not be allowed on the property and you forfeit your fee.
• Breakdown begins half hour before Event end time and not before.
• Event management reserves the right to change setup and/or Event times due to weather or any other unforeseen conditions.
• EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS.
• Absent extreme, severe weather, the Event will not be cancelled. The decision to cancel the Event is at the sole discretion of Event management.
• Weather in South Florida can be unpredictable. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to monitor the weather and check in with Event management if they are unsure of how the Event may be impacted.
SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
• A final site map and space assignments will be provided via email 10 hours prior to the Event day.
• Although we try our best to include an accurate site map and accommodate space requests prior to the Event, Event management reserves the right to change the layout for additional programming, weather, or any unforeseen conditions.
• Vendors must check in with Event management staff prior to setting up to receive/confirm their assigned space. Tent vendors must use weights to secure tents. Spikes in the turf is not allowed.
• Vendors must bring their own white 10 x 10 tents, tables, chairs, racks, lamps, 100’ extension cord, etc.).
• Vendors should come properly prepared to withstand any weather conditions throughout the course of the Event. It is recommended that you bring tent weights to hold down your tent and tarps to cover any products/items that you may not want damaged by inclement weather, as well as ample supplies to dry tables, chairs, or any other items within your tent.
• Vendors will be allowed to unload at the designated area within the event, but must move their vehicle prior to starting setup.
PARKING
• Vendors will receive their load in time 72 hours prior to the event day. 
• Vendors must move their vehicles after load in to assigned parking at our building located at 660 NW 125 St. 
• Event Management is not responsible for any boots or fines resulting from illegal parking.
CLEANUP
The Licensee shall be obligated to clean up the licensed space and remove all articles placed on or in the ground, waste products, merchandise and debris from such area. The Licensee should also clean up any other areas where the Licensee has placed or caused any debris, waste products or articles to be placed. No holes/spikes may be made in the asphalt for tent poles without written approval. The licensed space shall be returned to the Licensor in what is commonly known as “broom clean” condition. Vendors must vacate sales space by Event end time. The Licensor reserves the right to charge a reasonable cleaning fee for those Licenses not complying with this paragraph.

FIFA – WORLD CUP COMPLIANCE
SALE OF GOODS AND SERVICES (CONCESSIONS)
Permitted sales: An Exhibitor may sell or authorize the sale of, food, beverages or other goods or
services by any third party at a Public Viewing Event. For the purpose of ensuring that such
Concession activities do not constitute any form of express or implied sponsorship of FIFA, the
Competition or a Public Viewing Event, the sale of goods or services at a Public Viewing Event shall
not be conducted in any manner which may give rise to the belief that such third party is in any
way officially associated with FIFA, the Competition or a Public Viewing Event (including, for
example, as a sponsor, supplier or similar).
