About the application
Non-Food Vendors interested in being a vendor for 2026 Snack Town Fall Fest should complete this application, this includes Non-Profit groups and Paid for Service providers. Please be sure to be very specific when listing the items you have available. If your application is approved, you will be notified and your payment method will be processed immediately.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Spaces will be assigned to paid participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must be received before space will be assigned. No exceptions!
Refund Policy: Any cancellation made 45 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to Snack Town Fall Fest will not receive a refund. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL to Bhoover@hanoverchamber.com
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce and the Borough of Hanover from and against any and all claims arising out of my use of the space contracted. I further agree that the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce and the Borough of Hanover are not responsible for any loss or damage to my property. I also agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Festival and acknowledge receipt of a copy thereof. I understand that the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to deny registration or remove any items or vendors it deems not in compliance with those regulations.
