About the application
Norcross Art Splash 2025 is delighted to have non-profit and civic organizations participate in the Festival. These organization are important to the community and we are proud to support them by providing space where they may promote their purposes.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
To help insure the Festival is vibrant, all participants are required to staff their booths during the Festival hours, Saturday, October 3 from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, October 4 from 10am to 5pm.All spaces are approximately 12' wide x 10' deep.Each group is responsible for bringing their own tent, table and chairs. Rental of the above is also available.A nonrefundable application fee of $25 is due with the application. Booth fees are $175 per space and will be due upon acceptance. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis with preference being given to local non-profit organizations.A copy of your 501(c)(3) designation letter must be included with this application if you have not been a participant of the Festival prior to this year.Groups may not share space with without prior written authorization from Splash Festivals.The sale of logo merchandise or memberships may be allowed with prior approval. No food or merchandise items may be sold or given away, with exception of logo items with the non-profit logo (t-shirts, promotional items, etc.). Splash Festivals reserves the right to restrict the sale of any item it deems to be inappropriate.By submitting this application, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Splash Festivals, Inc. and all of its officers, employees, servants and agents against any and all liability claims, for injury to or death of any person or persons and for loss and damage to any property occurring in connection with or in any way related to or arising out of the occupancy use of premises or providing of services and equipment at the Festival.Pet rescue groups should ensure that animals remain caged or on a leash at all times.
