Showcase your creativity at our Summer Social! We're seeking local artists, makers, and craftspeople offering unique handmade goods. This event will bring together community members looking to shop local and celebrate the start of summer. If you create one-of-a-kind products and love connecting with customers, we'd love to have you join us!

Summer Social Vendor Terms & Conditions:

Approved Applicants will need to pay through our online portal

Vendors would need to get here an hour prior to the event to set up 

• Vendor fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours (2 days) of the event date.
• Vendors who cancel more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of event organizers.
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials.
  Outdoor vendor spaces are located under our covered patio and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (Chairs and tables can be provided if needed)
• Indoor vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned by event organizers.
• Vendors are responsible for the security of their products, equipment, and cash handling.
• Setup must be completed prior to the event start time, and vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of the event.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes.
• No illegal, offensive, or counterfeit products may be sold.
• Space is limited to 4 covered outdoor patio spots and 3 indoor spots.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 
• By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
