About the application

Welcome to the event! Small Batch Craft Market is geared towards handmade and original items. We give preference to vendors who create their own items, designs, etc. We do not accept vendors who sell AI-generated art. We do also accept vintage dealers, food-makers and some service-based businesses. Please read the rules and information thoroughly. Applications close Sept 26, 2026. Acceptance emails will be sent upon receipt of application.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds are not typically issued once an application has been approved. Refunds may be issued upon request in the case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstances. Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to weather.

Prices

Outdoor Booth (Grass) - 10 x 10 $50.00 Non-refundable Single booth space to hold a 10x10 pop up tent. Tent, tables and chairs are to be provided by the vendor. Tent weights are required, preferably 40 lbs per leg.

  • Please describe your work. If you sell a product, explain what parts you make yourself and a bit about your process. If you sell a service or vintage items, describe your service or what parts of your business you curate.
  • Please note this is market will not accept AI art products or items that are printed with art not created by the vendor.
  • I certify that my work is not "Buy-Sell" or Production work and completely made by me. While we do allow some customized pre-made items, we will give priority to vendors who create all their own products, designs, ect. We do not accept any direct sales companies.
  • Provide your social media handles or links.
  • I understand that I will provide my own tent, tables, chairs, displays, etc. as needed for my space. Each vendor will have room for a 10'x10' tent. Please do not go beyond the bounds of that space.
  • This event is entirely outdoors. All vendors spaces are located in grassy areas. Tents are not required, but are recommended. Each tent must have tent weights of at least 40 lbs per leg.
  • We will contact you via the email address you submit above. Please ensure it is correct and please check and read your emails from us.
  • This event will be "rain-or-shine". In the case of extreme weather, the event will be cancelled and possibly rescheduled, pending park availability.
  • I agree to arrive on time and remain at the market for the entirety of the event. I understand that leaving early could affect my acceptance to future markets.
  • I understand that my fee is non-refundable once my application is accepted. Acceptance or waitlist emails will be sent within one week of submitting your application. Please ensure your credit card information is correct to keep the process smooth.
