About the application

Welcome to the NEW Food Truck Friday at Spring Park in Green Cove Springs hosted by The Neighbor to Neighbor Newspaper! This is an exciting community event featuring live music, food trucks, local vendors, community organizations, and fun for the whole family.

 

All food trucks must submit an application for consideration to participate in this event. Event organizers will review all applications to ensure a variety of food trucks are present. In addition, all food trucks must meet food safety standards and compliance with all state and local laws, including worker's compensation guidelines. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

RULES & REGULATIONS: APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications must be submitted by 10:00pm pm on June 19, 2026. Vendor space is limited and the event may be sold out prior to that time. Applications cannot be accepted after the deadline.

 

VENDOR ACCEPTANCE: Applications to vend at Food Truck Friday are considered individually using various criteria, including but not limited to; type of product, attractiveness of the display, locality, community reviews, professionalism and business fit for the goal and objective of the event. We may decline an applicant that is not an ideal fit for the event. Unless otherwise notified declined vendors are welcome to apply for a future event.  Applications are considered incomplete without payment in full. No application payments will be accepted at the event.

 

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / CREDITS: Should we cancel an event due to weather, all registration fees will be held as credits for a future Food Truck Friday. All credits must be used within six months of the event cancellation. No credits will be awarded for vendor cancellations. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

 

NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS: If a vendor chooses not to notify us before the event, they will be absent from an event, their application may be declined for future events. 

 

SPACE: Vendor displays must stay within designated square footage of purchased space. This includes tents, tables, display racks, trailer tongue, tie downs, tent weights etc. We require vendors and staff to keep their "Business at Booth". We do not allow vendors to aggressively solicit attendees or to walk around the event area and distribute flyers or products. You can bring your own 10 x 10 tent (suggested but not required) and table and chairs. For the safety and security of our event, tent weights are required. Space assignments are provided to the vendor at check-in.

 

ELECTRICITY: Electricity is limited. Vendors must indicate their electrical needs on their application. In the event of a waitlist, vendors not requiring electricity may be given priority acceptance. Vendors are required to provide a minimum 100-foot extension cord. Food Truck Friday cannot provide cords to individual vendors.

 

INSURANCE: All food vendors who prepare any kind of food or drinks on site must provide a certificate of insurance with The Neighbor to Neighbor listed as an additionally insured certificate holder.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Vendors are prohibited from selling, exhibiting, displaying, or promoting any type of merchandise or service that may have implicit or explicit content of violence or obscenity (visual or verbal). No weapons may be displayed nor sold including but not limited to ammo, firearms, knives, pepper spray, swords, martial arts weapons, etc. Vendors are NOT permitted to sell or provide any alcoholic beverages including (but not limited to) beer, wine, or liquor.

 

SET-UP/TEAR DOWN: Vendors must agree to comply with set-up timelines. Absolutely all vehicles must be safely removed from the event area no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Vendors shall remain open and set up for business during the official event hours, 5-9:30pm.  Vehicles are allowed back into the event area for load out only after Green Cove Springs PD advises our event staff it is safe to do so. This may be up to 30 minutes post event. Any vendor failing to comply with these rules and regulations or driving in an unsafe manner may lose their space and their application may be declined for future events. Vendors are responsible for disposing their trash in the appropriate receptacles and removing any large items from the premises.

 

RELEASE: I consent to being photographed, videotaped, and/or otherwise recorded by The Neighbor to Neighbor Newspaper. I grant the right to use my likeness to publish, promote, distribute, modify, or edit any recordings that feature or include my likeness in any media.

 

WAIVER: I agree to waive any and all claims of whatever nature against The Neighbor to Neighbor Newspaper, its employees, successors, and any volunteers, building owners, and tenants.

 

SAFETY: All food vendors must be prepared to meet Fire Department safety guidelines in addition to Health Department guidelines and inspections. A fire inspection will be performed prior to the event opening.

 

UPDATES: I consent to receive email updates about this and future events.

 

ALL VENDORS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS, STATUTES AND REGULATIONS. All sales belong to the vendor. Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax. All vendors agree to meet the regulations and to pay applicable fees to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Vendors are legally and financially responsible for all damage to grounds or other property caused by themselves or their employees. The Neighbor to Neighbor Newspaper has the right to close any exhibit immediately without refund and to accept or deny vendor exhibits.

Food Truck/Trailer/Cart $135.00 Non-refundable You are applying for a single food truck/trailer/cart. You will not be charged until your application is approved by Food Truck Friday organizers. Once approved and charged, your application is non-refundable.
