About the application
Your arts or community-serving non-profit or public agency is invited to spread your message and mission, at no cost! Our fifth annual WE Fest honors and celebrates the legacy of Nashville’s famous historical artist William Edmondson by promoting and nurturing the arts. This is a family-friendly city-wide event.
Various artists will be present providing lessons and live demos, as well as offering artwork for sale.
Performing artists and special guests will also be present! We hope your organization will consider contributing to the festival by showcasing your mission and offers to the community, by doing one or more of the following:
- Set up a booth. Reserve a 10x10 foot space, at no cost, to share information about your non-profit organization at the festival. We encourage you to provide interactive, kid-friendly engagement activities, such as displays, artist demos, or performances.
Booth options:
- Option 1) Bring your own tent and display in a 10x10 space
- Option 2) Join our other partner organizations under a large shared tent. We will provide a six foot table and two chairs (subject to availability)
- Option 3) Have a 10x10 space and rent a tent from our prefered provider (contact Raymond Chandler at Available Seating at 615-517-9692)
Other options
- Join us in the Kids' Zone! Sponsor or provide your display or performance inside our shared Kids' Zone tent!
- Partner with us to provide volunteers, resources, or in-kind gifts to help make the event successful.
- Spread the word about the festival with your email and personal networks, and Social Media
Details:
Setup begins at 7:30AM. Must be ready to go by 9:30AM.No vehicles moving on the grounds after 9:30.
Show runs until 4:00PM.
No electric power available. Electric battery power banks allowed. No gas generators allowed.
We welcome any programming you can provide in your booth to engage the public including art-related activities, demonstations, and giveaways
Street and lot parking only. We have a reserved vendor parking area. Street and lot parking are first come first served .
Be prepared with carts or wagons if you need. No vehicles allowed to be moving on the park grounds except during setup or teardown.
Volunteers may be available to assist with setup/teardown, but are not guaranteed.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Event is rain or shine.
Outdoor events in wide open, flat venues can be more prone to high winds, along with being susceptible to other weather elements. All exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have professional grade tents, weighted with sandbags or other weights and carry both Liability and Inventory Insurance. - By participating, all agree to exhibit their display materials and artwork at their own risk. Friends of William Edmondson Homesite and its representatives will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury to the exhibitor or attendees.
- Friends of William Edmondson Homesite does not guarantee specific numbers of attendees or sales for vendors.
- No refunds shall be given due to cancellation or interruption of event beyond the control of Friends of William Edmondson Homesite.
- This agreement has been read, understood and entered into voluntarily and freely by the applicant, and shall become effective upon submission by the applicant.
Prices
| Non-profit/agency partner booth | $0.00 | Non-refundable | 10x10 space (you provide your own tent, tables, and display). This booth is FREE, for all bona-fide non-profit (501c3) and public agencies. We encourage you to bring tangible engagement activities to your booth, such as an artist demonstrations, kids' activities, or giveaways. This will add interest and excitement and help you effectively promote your mission and offerings. | Nonprofit/partner table in large shared tent | $0.00 | Non-refundable | You will be in a large (20x30) tent, shared with other non-profits, agencies, or artist vendors. A six foot table and two chairs will be provided. All tents will face outward toward public access aisles. |
