Calling all Food Tent Vendors! Join us at our Fifth Annual William Edmondson Arts & Culture Festival in Nashville's Edgehill neighborhood! 

• This festival honors and celebrates the legacy of Edgehill’s famous historical artist William Edmondson, by promoting and nurturing the arts in Nashville.
• Apply here to "pitch your tent" in one of our 10x10ft booth spaces.
• The multi-acre site will be teeming with attendees; interacting with art and craft exhibitors, enjoying mainstage performances, and participating in family-friendly activities including kids' painting lessons, puppetry, and more!
• Last year we had over two thousand attendees, and it is growing every year!

Details

• A portion of the festival site will be set aside as a "food court", for Trucks and tent vendors, with limited seating and lots of open space for picnicking. This is near the Kids Zone and artist tents, for visibility and traffic.
• Setup begins at 7:30AM. Must be ready to go by 9:30AM. No moving vehicles on site after 9:30. 
• Event starts promptly at 10:00AM and runs until 4:00PM. For safety of attendees, tents may not be removed from site before 4:00PM
• Food booths must be self-contained, with your own battery power source, if needed. No electric power is available on site. Gas generators are not allowed in any "tent booth spaces" Only Food Trucks will be allowed gas, generators

Cost: (individual 10x10 space for your own tent):

• Early Bird Registration- $50 if signed up by 6/30! 
• For food vendors with your own tent and display materials
• Trailer-style setups are considered Food Trucks. Apply as a Food Truck if you have a truck or detached trailer. Contact us if you have questions.

Event is rain or shine. Vendor Fees are non-refundable, even if severe weather forces last-minute cancellation of the event.
 
By participating in the market, all food vendors agree to participate at their own risk. Friends of William Edmondson Homesite and its representatives will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury.

Friends of William  Edmondson Homesite does not guarantee specific numbers of attendees or sales for vendors. No refunds shall be given due to cancellation or interruption of event beyond the control of Friends of William Edmondson Homesite. This agreement has been read, understood and entered into voluntarily and freely by the applicant, and shall become effective upon submission by the applicant.
