About the application

Welcome to Warrior Winter Fest, and thank you for your interest in participating in our event.

Join us as we celebrate the holiday season at the Second Annual Warrior Winter Fest, hosted by the Cherokee High School C-Club. We are excited to showcase a variety of talented artisans, makers, and small businesses offering unique products, holiday décor, gifts, and specialty items for our attendees.

The participation fee for arts and crafts vendors is $100 for a 10' x 10' booth and $175 for a 10' x 20' booth. Vendors will be located indoors in the NEW Cherokee High School gym, providing a comfortable shopping experience for both vendors and guests.

Application Selection

Application Selection

• Vendor Application: Current application being viewed
• Food Vendor Application: https://www.eventeny.com/events/vendor/?id=50086

Food trucks and food trailers must register through the Food Vendor Application and will be located outdoors. Arts & crafts, retail, and other non-food vendors must register through the Vendor Application.

Vendors selling packaged foods, baked goods, beverages, and other specialty food items may register through either application based on their preferred booth location. Indoor booths provide a climate-controlled environment and weather protection, while outdoor booths may offer greater visibility and foot traffic.

Vendor Selection Process

This is a juried event. Applications will be reviewed at least every two weeks through October 1. As the event date approaches, applications may be reviewed more frequently to facilitate timely vendor selection and event planning. Vendors will be notified of their application status as selections are made. Once accepted, the participation fee will be processed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application, limit the number of vendors within a particular category, and make final determinations regarding vendor selection to ensure a diverse and balanced shopping experience.

Booth Information

Single booths (10' x 10') and double booths (10' x 20') are available.

Electricity is available upon request. Vendors requiring electricity must indicate their needs on the application and provide their own extension cords and any equipment necessary to connect safely to the available power source.

Vendors are responsible for supplying all booth furnishings and display materials, including tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any other items needed for setup and operation.

Other Event Information

Detailed event information, including setup times, parking instructions, and site maps, will be emailed 1–2 weeks prior to the event. Please add warriorwinterfestival@gmail.com to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure you receive all event communications.
