About the application

This is the ONLY application for SilverLeaf's Summer Market

Only 2 booth vendors of the same type will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure your card is updated and the bank is aware of the charge coming from Eventeny or First Coast CMS.

 

Your card is not charged until your spot is approved. 

You can select premium booths for an upcharge after approval through our map. If you do not select a premium booth you will be placed into a booth the week of the event.

The sun is shining, and our market is hotter than ever! Join us for SilverLeaf’s Sizzle & Shop Summer Market on Saturday, June 27th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.We are ready to dive into the season with a massive community event. Shop from an incredible lineup of local vendors offering everything you need to keep your summer sizzling in style. From handcrafted jewelry and summer apparel to sweet treats, artisan goods, and premium pet items, there is truly something here for everyone! Bring the whole family and soak up the tropical vibes! We’ll have plenty to keep the little ones entertained in our Kids Corner, featuring a bounce house, face painting, and activities guaranteed to keep them smiling all afternoon e support your favorite local small businesses and enjoy a beautiful summer afternoon outdoors. This event is located at 218 Silver Forest Drive, on the grass field behind the tennis court. This market is completely free, and is open to the public, so grab a neighbor and come on down!A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors, Jacksonville Pediatrics and Xfinity, for helping make this event possible!SilverLeaf Amenity Center is managed by First Coast CMS. Terms & Conditions

  • Vendor spots are $50.00 for a 10x10 space. Discount for SilverLeaf Residents. Once accepted, your card will automatically be charged. No refunds will be granted.
  • Food Vendors or Double booths cost extra.
  • We have premium booth spots available for $10 - $20 extra. Premium booths are available to purchase after approved and by first come first serve. 
  • You are responsible for the full setup of your booth (tent, table, chairs, etc). We do not provide any setup or assistance.
  • The Market is open to the public.
  • Your spot will not be reserved or card charged until we accept you.
  • Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances. 
  • SilverLeaf will not be hosting any church or political vendors.
  • SilverLeaf Amenity Center managed by First Coast CMS will be the only one to take payment via Eventeny.
  • This event will take place on our event lawn (grass), please note that when signing up for the event. You will be able to drive up to unload your car, park it in our parking lot, then walk back over to setup.
  • You agree you will read all communication put out by SilverLeaf via Eventeny.
  • 218 Silver Forest Drive, St Augustine Fl, 32092 (SilverLeaf Amenity Center) Please note: our market is taking place on our greenery space behind the tennis courts off of Millerstone Drive. 
  • By submitting the application, you agree that payment is not refundable.
  • Setup begins after 8:00am and until 10:20am.You must be completely set up no later than 10:30am. Please be ready to go for customers by 10:45am. The vendor area will be closed for drive up at 10:20am for the vendors safety.
  • The map for the vendor booth placement will be sent no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Please ensure your tent is weighed down. 
  • BREAKDOWN: Please do not break down until 2 pm, to allow for customers to shop until the end. Early breakdown will remove you from future markets. 
  • SERVICE: Since we are a new community, our cell service is not always the best, thus, the internet is not reliable. We recommend having a hotspot for electronic payments. We will not be able to support any internet /technical difficulties. 
  • In the event of a weather cancelation, your spot will be held till our next market or rescheduled date.

Booth prices $0.00 - 20.00
Regular Price - Single Booth $50.00 Non-refundable Regular 10x10 booth space. Other tents will not be permitted unless extra booth space is purchased. You will have the option to pick your booth space based on premium spaces after approved for $10-$20 on a first come first serve basis. Booth preference will not be granted unless purchasing premium space.
Regular Price - Double Booth $100.00 Non-refundable Double booth space = 20x10. Other tents will not be permitted unless extra booth space is purchased. You will have the option to pick your booth space based on premium spaces after approved for $10-$20 on a first come first serve basis. Booth preference will not be granted unless purchasing premium space.
Food Truck or Food Tent $75.00 Non-refundable This does not count for bread or bakers.
