Big Pride Littleton Artist, Vendor or Exhibitor Application

Welcome! Please use this application to be considered as a vendor/exhibitor for Big Pride Littleton 2026.

We’re looking for LGBTQ+ or ally-owned local makers, small businesses and community organizations to join our event! We look forward to learning about your offerings. 

Space is limited and vendors will be carefully selected to create a balanced lineup in order to ensure a successful event for all. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications will be juried and won't be reviewed until August 1. You will receive communication about your status no later than August 8.

Pricing: 

• Arisans and Nonprofits: Pay-what-you-can, with a recommended price of $150.
• Lead generation businesses: $400

You will be sent a payment link upon approval. 

Agreement Between Vendors and Littleton Q+: By participating in Big Pride Littleton, vendors agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Littleton Q+ reserves the right to enforce these terms and may modify them at any time.

Big Pride Littleton is a community-centered celebration designed to be welcoming and enjoyable for all and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community that live, work and play in Littleton. Vendors are expected to engage respectfully and maintain positive outreach.

• No aggressive solicitation, harassment, or confrontational behavior
• Stay within your assigned booth space (no blocking walkways or soliciting outside of your assigned space)
• Handouts/petitions must be distributed from your booth only
• Sound must remain at a reasonable volume
• Event staff may require adjustments to signage, materials, or booth behavior if they are creating disruption or conflict.

Vendor Eligibility: All vendors must be local artisans or producers of handmade goods and foods. Littleton Q+ reserves the right to review and approve vendors based on the criteria stated.

• What’s Allowed: Vendors may sell retail goods and promote their business/services within their booth space. Vendors much accurately represent what they are selling in the application.
• What’s Not Allowed: No counterfeit goods or unlicensed branded merchandise. No illegal items or prohibited products. No amplified sound, generators, or open flames unless approved in advance.

Booth Setup and Display: Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, display, and cleanliness. Displays must be aesthetically pleasing and in line with the market's family-friendly atmosphere. Vendors are required to maintain a neat and organized booth throughout the event hours.

Insurance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their products, booth, and operations. Littleton Q+ is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by vendors.

Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to their products and business operations. This includes, but is not limited to, health and safety standards, permits, sales taxes and licenses.

Marketing and Promotion: Vendors are encouraged to actively promote Big Pride Littleton through their own marketing channels. Littleton Q+ may also include vendors in its marketing and promotional efforts. 

Force Majeure: Littleton Q+ is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, war, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Littleton, Colorado. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Littleton, Colorado.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend Big Pride Littleton, please notify the manager 48 hours in advance. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance may result in a withholding of your booth fee.
