About the application
The more, the merrrier! Create Baltimore provides an opportunity for organizations with operating budgets over $500,000 to participate in Free Fall Baltimore by promoting their events and incorporating them into the Free Fall calendar.
If your organization is producing a free arts and culture event in Baltimore City in the month of October, please fill out this application to share the details with us.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
To be eligible to participate in Free Fall Baltimore, your program must:
- Occur within Baltimore City limits between October 1–31, 2026
- Provide outreach and access to young adults, families, and/or underserved audiences
- Be free of charge and open to the public without contingencies
- Be accessible to those who may have physical limitations, such as those who use wheelchairs, walkers, and canes.
