About the application
Please read the application carefully and choose the category that best describes your business. Applicant must be available for the October 4, 2026 date as well as for the rain date of October 11, 2026. Applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted upon approval. Those not accepted will not be charged.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, July 31, 2026. Payment information due at time of application. All payments must be completed online. Company or personal checks will not be accepted for payment.
NOTICE: All applications are subject to approval to participate. Submission of application and payment does not guarantee approval. Declined applications will not be charged.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER APPLICATION IS APPROVED.
Applications that are declined will not be charged.

> EXISTING BUSINESSES LOCATED DIRECTLY ON STATE STREET WILL BE PLACED ADJACENT TO THEIR STOREFRONTS.
> BOOTH LOCATION REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
> ELECTRICITY IS NOT AVAILABLE.
> SALE AND SERVICE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN OPEN CONTAINERS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
> 10' x 10' EVENT TENTS ARE REQUIRED AND 20lb WEIGHT MUST BE PLACED ON EACH OF ALL FOUR LEGS.
> AMPLIFIED MUSIC OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED.
>ALL MATERIALS AND TRASH MUST BE CONTAINED AND REMOVED BY THE VENDOR.
Failure to follow these guidelines will jeopardize future participation.

Religious, social commentary, and political signs, banners, or promotional materials are strictly
prohibited. The MBA reserves the right to deem any item unacceptable and remove it from the
festival.

- I understand and agree that failure to comply with any of the above general rules and regulations may result in: (1) My immediate removal from the Fall Festival and/or grounds at any time during the event upon verbal notification by The Media Business Authority or Media Borough representatives, and/or (2) The denial of my future participation in other events. Such removal and/or denial is unappealable. I have read this application/agreement and fully understand its conditions. I agree to comply with its terms completely.
- HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE: The applicant BUSINESS and/or it's OWNER(S) and/or CORPORATION shall defend, indemnify, and hold THE MEDIA BUSINESS AUTHORITY and THE BOROUGH OF MEDIA, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, expense (including reasonable attorney fees), or claims for injury or damages arising out of the performance of this Agreement, but only to the extent that such liability, loss, expense, attorney's fees, or claims for injuries or damages are caused by or result from the negligent or intentional acts of omission of the BUSINESS and/or it's OWNER(S) and/or CORPORATION, its officers, employees, or agents.
