Sunday, October 4, 2026:  10 AM - 5 PM

 

Vendor Booth Information:

The glass blowing booth will be located in front of the Cedarburg Community Gym and will approximately 10X20. 

About the event

Prost! Oktoberfest is held the first full weekend of October in the Community Gym parking lot and City Hall lawn and typically brings in upwards of 15,000 attendees over two days. It hosts upwards of 30 retail vendors, sponsors, authentic German music,dancers, food and beer. In addition to food, drink and music,Oktoberfest hosts a growing number of contests including the ever-popular beer stein holding contest, a beer stein centered marketplace, and German-inspired arts and crafts.

Terms & Conditions

With this application you will need to review/submit the following:

  1. Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
  2. A Certificate of Liability insurance - The insurance upload is not required until you are accepted. Once accepted, please login and add your COI.
  3. Vendors must have a Wisconsin Sales and Use Permit and will be required with this application.
  4. A valid credit card or debit card must be entered for the booth fee to be charged on May 1 and the compliance fee if applicable after the festival.
  5. Photos of your products and booth setup.

Prices

Oktoberfest Glass Blowing $0.00 Non-refundable 20% of workshop sales due 10 days after the festival.
Compliance Fee $100.00 Non-refundable Vendor acknowledges that a $100 compliance fee will be charged to their credit card information on file in the event there is damage to property, grounds are not cleared of all boxes, paper, glass and/or other debris to the satisfaction of Festivals, and/or Vendor has not complied with Festival Rules.
