Terms & Conditions

Must sell products listed. No substitutions. No subleasing or sharing of concessions.

 

A current certificate of liability insurance is required on all contract spaces. The Athens County Agricultural Society, along with the individual board members, officers, agents, and employees of each board member assumes no liability or demand of any kind for an account of personal injury or damage of any kind sustained by any person or to any property as a result of this contract.

 

The rate will be $100. A deposit of $50 along with a returned contract will be due by June 30th, 2026 to guarantee a spot. Campers are expected to be charged the same rate as other camping at $300.00. The balance due amount must be paid in full upon arrival before setting up.

 

Appearance is critical to ensure a great experience by the attendees, therefore all units must be skirted with all trash, boxes, and extra supplies must be hidden from view of the public. Parking vehicles will not be allowed by units. We are requesting a picture to be sent with your application to attend. Also, the length of the unit, items to be sold, whether electricity is needed, and if you will be bringing a storage truck.

 

Hours of operation must coincide with the ride company’s hours, which are, Saturday August 8th thru Thursday 1 pm till 10 pm, Friday 1 pm till 11 pm, and Saturday August 15th 1 pm till 12 midnight. There will be no issue if you choose to open earlier than 1 pm. All units will be released at the close of fair Saturday evening at midnight.

 

Location of your unit will be subject to concession management. Those returning, we will make every effort to provide the same location, but with the new ride company and attempting to bring more traffic to the vendors it cannot be guaranteed.

 

All contract applications are subject to review and final approval and confirmation by the concession committee management by 7/15/26. All deposits will be fully refunded if approval is not met.
