About the event

One night only...Drums will play and hips will sway during Havana Nights! Mambo, Cha-Cha-Cha and Salsa to live Cuban music while walking up and down Valley Mall Parkway. Clearwater will have a beer garden, there will be food trucks, hand rolled cigars and lots of vehicles to enjoy. If you're interested in entering your vehicle, please use the application listed under the Marketplace section of this webpage.

800 block of Valley Mall Parkway (the street will be closed for the event)

Hours of Operation

Saturday, 6:00-10:00pm (Set-up 3:30-5:30pm)

Car show parking starts at 5pm - please arrive prior to 5pm

Vendors must be ready by the start time and stay until the end of the event

 

Enter at Valley Mall Parkway and Standerfer Ave. (not from 9th Street)

 

Vendor Space & Responsibilities

All booths are outdoors and subject to uneven ground and varying weather conditions. Vendors must provide all partitions, tables, awnings, accessories, etc. for their booth space, and must fit all their merchandise, equipment, etc. within the assigned space. Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and take-down. Power is not available! All cords must be protected from traffic areas. Vendors are responsible for charging and claiming Washington State sales tax current percentage.

 

Vendors are responsible for their own areas. The East Wenatchee Events Board, Havana Nights, nor the City of East Wenatchee assumes responsibility for injury to persons, or loss or damage, including theft, to any property of the Vendor.

 

Vendors are responsible for any trash in their area. 

 

Restrictions

  1. Havana Nights reserves the right to remove any merchandise that is not considered suitable for a general audience; to remove any Vendor who does not comply with Vendor Rules and Regulations, and/or cooperate with Festival officials.
  2. Vendors are responsible for the behavior of their associates, assistants, and children.
  3. No alcoholic beverages, loud music or television, or “hawking” will be allowed in the vicinity of your booth.
  4. Vendors are not allowed to “wander” with their merchandise at any time.

Hold Harmless Agreement

All participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of East Wenatchee and both of their officers, members, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and all of the vendor’s representatives, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, and for claims, including those arising from negligence, and or claims, for illness, injuries and damages that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in Havana Nights.

Non-Profit/Informational Booth (10x10) $0.00 Non-refundable Non-Profit, Government Entities or Informational Booths. No products may be sold at these booths or you will be moved into a For-Profit category and charged accordingly.
