We are accepting vendors for Downtown Vacaville's 3rd Annual Shakedown Car and Art Show that will be located in Vacaville's Historic Downtown. The event will run from12pm-6pm on September 12th. Each booth space will be 10x10, and vendors will be required to provide a 10x10 pop-up canopy for themselves. 

Please be prepared to provide the following information/documentation:

• menu (same one submitted to the county)
• current Vacaville Business License
• current CA Seller's Permit (if you collect sales tax)
• picture of current CA Driver's License
• current Solano County health permit (cottage food or temporary food facility permit)
• signed City of Vacaville liability waiver (download link available farther along in the application)
• current General Liability Insurnace (1million per occurance, 2million aggregate) 

Fee Structure:

• Application fee: $25
  • Your application fee will be credited to your booth fee once accepted.
  • If you participate in multiple events with us this year, you only have to pay the application fee for the first event.
• Pre-Packaged/High-Risk Food booth fee: $150
• Downtown Vacaville Farmer's Market Member booth fee: $65
• Application fees are charged upon submission, booth fees are charged upon approval.
• All charges are non-refundable (application and booth fees)

Other Events:

Discover Downtown Vacaville also runs other events through the year, the other applications will become available as the events get closer. We have four events we will be taking vendors for this year:

• Summer Market by Moonlight (June 20th)
• Downtown Shakedown Car Show (September 12th)
• Fall Market by Moonlight (October 10th)
• Holly Days Vendor Fair (November 14th) 

You will not be able to participate in the event if we do not have all of this paperwork when the event starts.

You are welcome to submit an application even if you don't have all of these documents, we will follow-up with you after the application is submitted to assist in getting all the paperwork ready.

Setup & Breakdown

• A 20-foot clearance must be maintained at all times for emergency vehicle access.
• Early breakdown is not permitted. Violations may result in probationary status.
• If you are cooking food, required safety equipment (extinguishers, insulated extension cords) are mandatory.

Cleanliness

• You must maintain a clean booth area and dispose of trash properly. If you're providing samples, please have a trash receptacle available at your booth.

Conduct

• For the comfort and safety of all, smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during market hours.
