Friday, October 3: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, October 4: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
🕙 EVENT HOURS:
Saturday, October 4: Gates open at 10:00 AM
Sunday, October 5: Gates open at 10:00 AM
🚗 SUPPORT VEHICLES:
Support vehicles may enter the event space to drop off materials but must be removed immediately afterward. Parking is available in the general lot.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Each participant will be assigned one display space, allocated based on the event layout and needs.
Security will be on-site throughout the event. However, please note that the festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
We are happy to provide signage and volunteers to help communicate to attendees that displays should not be touched.
This is a rain or shine event, so please plan and prepare accordingly for all weather conditions.
