We strongly encourage all applicants to review the official event Terms & Conditions prior to submission.

Kennedy Creek Resort and Goin’ Social Events reserve the right to approve or deny any vendor application at their discretion.

 

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Larger commercial businesses, franchises, beverage corporations, and full-scale promotional activations must apply through sponsorship opportunities.

Freedom on The Creek Festival 2026
Snacks & Drinks Vendor Terms & Conditions
Kennedy Creek Resort | July 4th, 2026
By submitting an application and/or participating in Freedom on The Creek Festival 2026 (“Event”), the snacks and drinks vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions as established by Goin’ Social Events, Kennedy Creek Resort, and affiliated partners (“Event Producers”).

 
1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Union County, and local laws, regulations, and operational requirements, including but not limited to:

Georgia Department of Public Health requirements
Local health department regulations
Union County Fire Marshal regulations
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, certifications, and approvals necessary to legally operate during the Event.

 
2. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
General event insurance is maintained by Goin’ Social Events as the Event Producer. While individual vendor insurance is strongly encouraged, it is not required unless otherwise specified.

Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation is entirely at Vendor’s own risk. Vendor assumes full responsibility for protecting their equipment, property, inventory, employees, contractors, and operations throughout the Event.

 
3. Health, Safety & Fire Regulations
Vendor must comply with all public safety, fire safety, and operational regulations, including but not limited to:

Maintaining approved fire extinguishers on-site at all times
Proper propane storage and usage
Generator safety, placement, and noise compliance
Food handling, sanitation, and temperature control requirements
Failure to comply with health or safety regulations may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

 
4. Menu, Pricing & Product Approval
All menus, pricing, beverages, snacks, desserts, and food offerings must be submitted for review and approval prior to the Event.

No substitutions, additions, or significant pricing changes may be made without prior written approval from Event Producers.

Event Producers reserve the right to limit menu overlap and restrict certain product categories in order to maintain a balanced and curated vendor experience.

 
5. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:

Load-in and load-out schedules
Booth or vending space assignments
Operational requirements and hours
All vendors MUST remain fully operational, staffed, and open for the entire duration of the Event.

Failure to operate during required hours, early departure, or late arrival may result in penalties, forfeiture of fees, or exclusion from future events.

 
6. Electricity & Power
Electricity is limited and NOT guaranteed.

Vendors requiring electricity must request power access in advance within their application. Vendors are strongly encouraged to provide their own generators or independent power sources.

Event Producers cannot guarantee outlet availability, voltage consistency, or uninterrupted electrical service.

 
7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe vending area throughout the Event.

All trash, grease, wastewater, and debris must be disposed of in designated and approved disposal locations.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Dumping grease on the ground
Disposal of wastewater into storm drains or unauthorized areas
Leaving trash or debris behind after breakdown
Violations may result in fines, removal from the Event, or exclusion from future participation.

 
8. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, Kennedy Creek Resort, Union County, affiliated sponsors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal actions arising from Vendor participation in the Event, including but not limited to:

Personal injury
Illness or food-related incidents
Property damage
Regulatory or permit violations
Operational negligence
 
9. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance
Vendor acknowledges that Event Producers make no guarantees regarding:

Attendance numbers
Sales volume or profitability
Weather conditions
Event outcomes or customer traffic
Event Producers shall not be held liable for lost revenue, unsold product, operational expenses, weather impacts, or attendance fluctuations.

 
10. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event is scheduled rain or shine.

All vendor fees and deposits are non-refundable, including circumstances involving:

Severe weather
Natural disasters or Acts of God
Government orders or restrictions
Public safety emergencies
Any situation beyond the control of Event Producers
 
11. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Producers reserve the absolute right to:

Approve or deny any vendor application
Reassign vendor locations as necessary
Remove any vendor for non-compliance, unsafe conduct, misrepresentation, inappropriate behavior, or violation of event policies
Any removal from the Event shall occur without refund.

 
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any legal disputes or proceedings arising from participation in the Event shall be exclusively handled in Union County, Georgia.

 
13. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of fees, and/or participation in Freedom on The Creek Festival 2026 constitutes full acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Prices

Tent Space (10x10) | No Trailers $125.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single Booth Size: 10’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 10’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space.
Tent Space (20x10) | No Trailers $250.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Double Booth Size: 20’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 20’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space.
Tent Space (30x10) | No Trailers $300.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Triple Booth Size: 30’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 30’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space.
