Welcome to vendor registration for The 1st Annual BLAQUE Excellence Network Cookout!

Thank you for your interest in being part of this exciting Labor Day Weekend experience in Atlanta, Georgia. The BLAQUE Excellence Network Cookout is an elevated community-centered event bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, families, creatives, and community leaders from across the country for an afternoon filled with culture, connection, entertainment, networking, and community impact.

We are currently accepting applications for a curated variety of vendors and businesses interested in showcasing their products, services, and brands to our attendees.

VENDOR OPTIONS

• $100 Vendor Space

Vendor provides their own table and chairs

• $150 Vendor Space

Includes one (1) 6ft table and two (2) chairs provided by event organizers

Both options include:

• Two (2) event tickets

• Vendor visibility throughout the event

• Opportunity to engage directly with attendees and community members

Vendor spaces are limited and placement will be first come, first served based upon completed registration and payment.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

• This is an electronic application and submission indicates understanding and acceptance of the event guidelines and vendor requirements.

• Vendor fees are non-refundable.

• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, professional, and respectful booth space throughout the event.

• Setup and breakdown instructions will be provided closer to the event date.

• Vendors involving food preparation, beverages, desserts, inflatables, or other higher-liability activities will be required to provide:

- A valid business license

- Proof of liability insurance covering the date of the event

- Insurance documentation listing both LG’s Gala Event Venue and Epique Realty as certificate holder and/or additionally insured, as required by venue policy

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, permits, licenses, and tax requirements related to their business operations and sales.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting this application and/or payment, Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation in The 1st Annual BLAQUE Excellence Network Cookout (“Event”):

1. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE

   Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event Organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion to maintain the quality, balance, and overall experience of the event.

2. PAYMENT & SPACE RESERVATION

   Vendor space is not considered secured until full payment has been received. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

3. VENDOR FEES

   Vendor fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by either the Vendor or Event Organizer, Vendor will receive a vendor credit applicable toward a future BLAQUE Excellence event opportunity.

4. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

   Vendors are responsible for:

   • Providing accurate business information

   • Maintaining a professional and respectful booth presence

   • Keeping their assigned space clean and organized

   • Providing all products, displays, equipment, and materials necessary for operation unless otherwise specified

5. SETUP & BREAKDOWN

   Vendors must adhere to all assigned setup and breakdown times provided by Event Organizer. Vendors may not begin breakdown prior to event conclusion without prior approval.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES

   Event Organizer reserves the right to prohibit any products, services, displays, conduct, or activities deemed unsafe, offensive, disruptive, illegal, or inconsistent with the event environment.

7. INSURANCE & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

   Vendors involving food preparation, beverages, desserts, inflatables, or other higher-liability activities may be required to provide:

   • A valid business license

   • Proof of liability insurance covering the date of the event

   • Insurance documentation listing LG’s Gala Event Venue and Epique Realty as certificate holder and/or additionally insured if required by venue policy

Failure to provide required documentation upon request may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

   Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, permits, regulations, tax requirements, health codes, and licensing requirements related to their participation and business operations.

9. LIABILITY

   Vendor participates in the event at their own risk. Event Organizer, BLAQUE Excellence Network, Epique Realty, LG’s Gala Event Venue, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, or claim arising from Vendor participation.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

    Event Organizer shall not be held responsible for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, venue restrictions, public safety concerns, government actions, labor disputes, or emergencies.

11. MEDIA RELEASE

    Vendor grants Event Organizer permission to photograph, film, and use images or video of Vendor booth, products, business name, staff, and participation for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event purposes without compensation.

12. AGREEMENT

    Submission of this application and/or payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
