About the application
A food tent is defined as a 10' x 10' tent that is rated either NFPA 701 or CPAI84 and equipped to cook, prepare, serve, and/or sell hot unpackaged food and beverage.
If you do not plan to cook or have any heat sources, please fill out an application as if you are an Arts & Crafts vendor.
Please note that all vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and other event necessities.
All tents must be secured with sandbags or similar at all ground contact points.
No generators will be allowed unless previously approved by Festival staff.

Prices
| Food Tent Space | $175.00 | Non-refundable | We are pleased to announce that our prices will remain as they have for the last few years. However, you will see two separate charges added to the price of the booth/space. These fees are what we are charged for the use of the Eventeny platform and the credit card processors. We understand that every dollar matters for creative entrepreneurs, however the platform fee represents an investment in your business success, not just an expense as it provides our vendors with an easy and intuitive service while maintaining the high-quality digital promotion that helps to attract 10's of thousands attendees each and every year! Our goal is to create an environment where you can focus entirely on connecting with customers and selling your craft, while we handle the logistics that make that possible. |
