About the application
This Application is for a booth at Andover Day 2026 for vendors serving food and/or beverages. If you are a food truck, please see the Food Truck ticket option. A booth includes a 10x10 tent and does not include tables and chairs. All vendors serving food MUST contact the Andover Health Department for a temporary food permit by September 4th.
Failure to obtain a food permit will prohibit you from serving food at the event.
Rain date is September 26th.

By applying, you acknowledge having read and understand the FAQ's on the Andover Day website (https://andoverdays.com/faqs). You also acknowledge the refund policy, the rain date of September 26th and will inform your representative(s) on Andover Day (if applicable) of these terms and conditions.
All booth registrations and sponsorships are non-refundable.
