This application is strictly for businesses, non-profit organizations, and community groups looking to promote their services, engage with attendees, or share information. All spaces are standard 10x10. You will need to provide your own setup.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
No Electricity Provided: The festival does not provide power to informational booths. You may bring your own quiet, inverter-style generator if electricity is required.
Booth Operations: Vendors must supply their own 10x10 tent, weights, tables, and chairs. Booths must remain set up and staffed for the duration of the event.
Clean Up: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash at the end of the event.
Liability: The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Prices
| Promotional & Display Vendors | $75.00 | Non-refundable | Your display, tent, and equipment must fit entirely within the 10x10 space. If you require a larger setup (such as a 10' x 20' space), you must purchase a second booth space. |
