About the application
THANK YOU for your interest in being a vendor for our 3rd Annual Augusta Video Gaming Exposition, the area's ONLY dedicated video game convention. Vendor booths this year are 8'x8' and 6x6, aside from Artist's Row and/or sponsorships. All booths are provided with at least one 6' table, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor passes per vendor. Artists Row Tables are provided with a 6' table, one chair, and one vendor pass. Additional vendor passes are available upon request. Spots are not reserved until approved by AVGE and payment is received. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, and fees are to be sent via PayPal to augustagamingexpo@outlook.com and invoices/receipts can be generated on request. Messages can be sent to David Bryant on Facebook or to 803-845-0315. Other methods of payment are accepted at the sole discretion of the expo.
1. Booth vendors may bring anything that fits within their space, including additional tables, grid wall, peg wall, or any other displays they choose to provide, and must fit within their space(s). Nothing is allowed to be fixed to the wall due to the location policy.
2. Artists Row are "table only spaces" and may use their table and anything on top of the table. No additional space is available. You are welcome to sell your art/displays/etc at the convention.
3. Setup will be Friday March 19th from 10am-4:45pm and Saturday March 20th 7am-9:45am and vendors are asked to stay the entire time (unless approved to leave early by the organizer). Vendors may begin tearing their space down one hour before the event ends Saturday March 20th. Advertised event hours are 3/19/27 5pm-9pm (All VIP) and 3/20/27 10am-6pm, with 10am-11am being VIP. Setups must be done 15 minutes prior to starting each day. Please also keep your area neat and clean before, during, and after the expo. We ask you to not tear down your area until at least 5:30pm Saturday without prior approval from the expo. We are requiring everyone to be cleared out of the convention areas by 9pm to allow staff and volunteers to walk through.
4. Sharing this event and helping us advertise on all social media outlets you and/or your company utilize is a requirement. Our future as a convention is greatly helped by your sharing of the event and inviting people to attend!
5. No refunds or cancellations are allowed. This is a rain or shine event held indoors!
6. Vendors are responsible for insuring their products. AVGE will not be held liable for any damage caused to the vendor's products.
7. Anything that's a homebrew/ROM hack must be clearly marked as such. No reproduction carts.
8. Although the establishment serves alcohol, no alcohol will be allowed within the confines of the event.
9. Audio and Video Recording will be done by not only AVGE, but also other content creators visiting us. By committing to this event, you hereby allow video and audio recording of your booth, staff, and anything associated with your business. Vendors and artists are also encouraged and allowed to gather content at AVGE and use that content for their own benefit as well.
10. Please remember applications are approved on factors other than a "first come, first served" basis, and approval of vendors are done at the discretion of the AVGE planning group. Please also remember that our expo is a family-friendly event and is an event for the community to come together. Vendors disrupting AVGE will be asked to leave with no refund given and possible bans from future expos.
