Welcome to the Castro Street Fair! Complete this application to apply for a 10x10 Food Vendor - Prepackaged Food.
To qualify to be a pre-packaged food vendor, the food must be made and sold by the vendor; no items for resale. All necessary food-handling permits must be valid.
