About the application
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY.
- This application is NOT for the food booths, food trailers, & food trucks.
- The food vendor application for the festival is seperate.
- The event staff reserves the right to reject any vendor application if it does not meet the qualifications or standards of the festival.
- EXTRA condiseration will be given to vendors who vend different Hispanic/Latin American items.

Terms & Conditions
MERCHANDISE, INFORMATIONAL, & CRAFT VENDOR REGULATIONS:
- A limited number of vendors per category will be chosen.Categories may include but are not limited to:
- Craft/hand-made items
- Merchandise
- Informational (ONLY 5 will be accepted)
- INFORMATIONAL VENDORS - to be considered for the festival you MUST have something interactive at your booth not just company swag or information.
- Vendors who need more than one 10x10 booth will need to complete a separate application.
- NO electricity, tents, tables, or chairs will be provided. Portable, quiet generators are permitted.
- Canopies may be anchored by cinderblocks or sandbags only. NO ground stakes are permitted.
- ALL proceeds from vendor sales will belong to the vendor. No commissions will be assessed.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia sales tax and for reporting earnings to the IRS.
- Vendors MUST be confined within the area assigned to you. Booth space will be limited to 10 feet by 10 feet.
- ALL vendors are responsible for setting up their booths.
- NO vendor who is accepted into the festival is allowed to leave at anytime before 5PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- NO vendors or their representatives shall contduct themselves in an offensive or disrespectful manner to anyone from the event staff, volunteers, or to the general public.
- Failure to follow this rule will result in the cancelation of your application and you will be escorted out by our police officers on duty.
- This will also result in being banned from participating in any City of Villa Rica events.
- ALL vendor booth spaces must be left clear of any paper, packing materials, or any other trash.
- DO NOT dispose of cartons, packing materials, or other trash anywhere in the downtown or festival area.
- PLEASE take all trash with you.
- Vendor setup will begin as early as 9AM the morning of the festival.
- NO vendor will be allowed to setup or enter the perimeter after 11AM.
- All vendors MUST be fully set up and operational by 11:30AM and remain open until 5PM.
2026 VENDOR FEES:
- Merchandise/craft Booths - $60
- Informational Booths - $75
IMPORTANT DATES:
- January 26 - Applications open
- September 7 - Applications close
- September 8 - Vendor approval/denial
