Atlanta Eagles Arena is bringing the ultimate fútbol fan festival experience to Doraville, GA this summer from June 11–27. Featuring giant LED screens, DJs, live music, amazing food, and thousands of passionate fans, this high-energy event is more than just a watch party — it’s a full soccer celebration. Vendor opportunities are now open for food vendors, merchandise sellers, and food trucks looking to grow their brand and connect with Atlanta’s vibrant fútbol community.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Please read and agree to the following terms before submitting your application:
- Vendor applications are subject to approval by event management.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.
- All vendor fees and deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by management.
- Vendors must submit full payment by the stated deadline to secure their space.
- Vendors may only sell items approved in their application.
- Management reserves the right to limit duplicate vendor categories or products.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup equipment including tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, and displays unless otherwise specified.
- Vendors must remain fully operational during all scheduled event hours.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and free of trash at all times.
- Vendors must complete setup and breakdown during designated load-in and load-out times only.
- Vendors may not sublease or share booth space without written approval from management.
- All food vendors and food trucks must possess valid health permits and comply with all local and state health regulations.
- Food vendors must provide proof of required licenses, permits, and insurance prior to the event.
- Vendors using generators must ensure generators are quiet, safe, and approved by management.
- Open flames, propane, and cooking equipment must comply with fire safety regulations.
- Vendors are responsible for any damages caused to the venue, property, or equipment.
- Vendors are solely responsible for securing their merchandise, equipment, cash, and personal belongings.
- Event management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of vendor property.
- Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, staff, and other vendors.
- Offensive, illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited.
- Outside alcohol sales are prohibited unless expressly authorized by event management.
- Vendors may not distribute materials or conduct promotions outside of their assigned space without approval.
- Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or unsafe activity may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
- Vendors agree to comply with all venue rules, security procedures, and instructions from event staff.
- Event management reserves the right to relocate vendor spaces if necessary for operational purposes.
- Event management reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates event policies without refund.
- Vendors grant permission for event organizers to photograph and use images/videos of booths, products, branding, and staff for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Event management is not liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by weather, emergencies, government actions, or circumstances beyond its control.
- Vendors participating in revenue-share agreements must accurately report sales upon request.
- Vendor cancellations made within the stated cancellation period are non-refundable.
By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to all event terms, rules, and policies.
