About the application

55th SEPTEMBERFEST
Sponsored by the Village of Schaumburg

The Septemberfest Committee reserves 10’ x 10’ paid business sponsorship booths, and courtesy booth spaces free of charge for local not-for-profit organizations during the festival. The Septemberfest Committee retains discretionary rights in determining how booth spaces are allocated. The intent of the booths is to provide for sponsors and not-for-profit organizations. Courtesy booths are assigned based on availability after the paid sponsor spaces have been filled. Applicants shall be apprised of their application status in late August. Thus, please schedule your volunteers to work the days you select; however, you may not receive a booth for all requested days.

About the event

An outdoor festival featuring entertainment on three stages, a carnival, arts & crafts show, craft beer & wine garden, Taste of Schaumburg, Taste of Schaumburg's Not-for-Profit Day, Bingo, drone display on Sunday evening, and a Labor Day parade on Monday.
