Homes for Hope Food Truck Festival (Non Food Truck Vendors)

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Darlington County Habitat for Humanity's first annual Homes for Hope Food Truck Festival. We expect 800 plus residents and visitors to attend. This event is for all ages. 

Vendors must bring their own equipment, including extension cords, tables, tents, and quiet generators if needed.
No alcohol may be sold or served.
All permits and licenses must be current and available on site.
You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time. If you cannot arrive on time, you will not be allowed to set up, and your fee will not be refunded.
No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance.

A list of items for sale must be approved.

Submit pictures of items 2-4.
 
Important Policies:
Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or weather-related issues.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
No-shows or late arrivals without notice may not be invited to future events.
Vendors must provide all required documents, including an updated permits, and licenses.
