Thank you for your interest in being a food truck vendor at Darlington County Habitat for Humanity's first annual Homes for Hope Food Truck Festival. We expect 800 plus local residents and visitors to attend. This event is for all ages.

Terms & Conditions
Non Refundable application Fee: $125.00
Food Truck Requirements:
Trucks/tents must be self-contained (access to electricity is not guaranteed).
Vendors must bring their own equipment, including extension cords, tables, tents, and quiet generators if needed.
No alcohol may be sold or served from any food truck unless approved in advance by the Director.
All permits and licenses must be current and available on site.
Vendors must bring their own waste receptacles and maintain a clean serving area.
You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time. If you cannot arrive on time, you will not be allowed to set up, and your fee will not be refunded.
No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance.
Submit pictures of food truck and 2 meal options.
Important Policies:
Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or weather-related issues.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
No-shows or late arrivals without notice may not be invited to future events.
Vendors must provide all required documents, including an updated Health Inspection Report, permits, and licenses.
