About the application

We are looking for food truck vendors to provide quality food and refreshments throughout the SMAC conference weekend. This opportunity allows food vendors to serve a large audience while gaining visibility and community exposure. Spaces are limited, and selected vendors must meet all licensing and operational requirements.

About the event

The 2026 National Singers, Musicians & Arts Conference, founded by Dorinda Clark-Cole, is a four-day gathering in Center Point, AL (August 5–8, 2026) uniting singers, musicians, and creatives together for worship, training, and live showcases.

Terms & Conditions

SMAC Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions:
By submitting a food truck vendor application and payment, all food truck vendors agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the SMAC Conference:

 

Vendor Requirements:

  • Food truck vendors must provide their own truck, equipment, generators, extension cords, serving supplies, and operational materials needed for service.
  • Vendors must operate in a safe, clean, and professional manner throughout the event.

Licensing & Permits:

  • All food truck vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required business licenses, permits, food handling certifications, health department approvals, and insurance required by local and state regulations.
  • Vendors may be required to provide proof of licensing and insurance prior to the event.

Setup & Operations:

  • Food truck vendors must arrive during the assigned setup time provided by the SMAC team.
  • Vendors must remain open and operational during all designated event hours unless otherwise approved by event management.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness around their assigned area, including proper trash disposal and cleanup after the event.

Power & Utilities:

  • Limited access to power may be available; however, vendors are strongly encouraged to provide their own generators and power sources if needed.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their equipment operates safely and does not interfere with other vendors or event operations.
  • Payments & Fees:
    Food truck spaces are not secured until full payment has been received.
  • All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SMAC organizers.
  • Vendor spaces may not be transferred or shared without prior approval.

Menu & Sales:

  • Food truck vendors are responsible for setting their own pricing, staffing, and inventory.
  • SMAC reserves the right to limit duplicate food categories to ensure variety for attendees.

Conduct & Safety:

  • Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, volunteers, and fellow vendors.
  • SMAC reserves the right to remove any vendor operating in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.

Liability:

  • Food truck vendors are responsible for their own equipment, inventory, staff, and operations.
  • SMAC, Tabernacle of Praise, and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, injuries, or operational issues.

Agreement:
Submission of payment and participation confirms that the food truck vendor has read, understood, and agreed to all SMAC Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Food Truck Full Conference Vendor Pass $700.00 Non-refundable Includes: • Food truck space for three conference days • Access to 1,100+ conference attendees • Listing on SMAC vendor signage • Ability to sell during designated meal periods • Vendor parking pass Must Submit a copy of the following to gabrielleprowell@gmail.com before approval: • Business license • Health department permit • Certificate of insurance • Menu and pricing list
Daily Food Truck Vendor Pass $250.00 Non-refundable Includes: • Food truck space for one selected conference day • Access to conference attendees for that day • Vendor listing on daily vendor signage Daily vendors may choose available dates based on remaining vendor slots. Must Submit a copy of the following to gabrielleprowell@gmail.com before approval: • Business license • Health department permit • Certificate of insurance • Menu and pricing list
