Welcome to the application for the Year 3 Stacks & Crafts Vendor Show!
We are excited to bring together a curated collection of talented makers, creators, boutiques, and small businesses for an amazing shopping experience. Our goal is to provide shoppers with high-quality, unique vendors while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved.
This event features:

• Handmade and boutique shopping
• Food trucks
• Family-friendly atmosphere
• Strong community support and promotion
Please complete the application in full. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are carefully reviewed to help maintain a balanced and diverse event experience, with limited duplication in categories to ensure a well-rounded shopping experience for guests.
As a participating vendor, active engagement in promoting the event is an important part of being selected and included. This includes sharing event posts, interacting with promotional content, and helping spread the word to your audience to support a successful and well-attended show.
Once approved, vendors will receive additional event details, setup information, and payment instructions.

- I understand this is an upscale event and my booth must represent that upscale feel. My booth will be welcoming and be well put together.
- I understand that I am to provide my entire setup from table and chairs to table coverings, etc. If table are to be used they MUST be covered to the floor.
