2026 Wine Garden Holiday Market Non-Profit Application

Hosted by Bloom Carneros in partnership with Kivelstadt Cellars, our Third Annual Holiday Market celebrates community, local businesses, creativity, and connection during Small Business Saturday Weekend.

Event Dates:
November 28th & 29th, 2026
10 AM to 4 PM

We are inviting a limited number of local non-profit organizations to participate in this year’s event to help share their mission, connect with the community, and raise awareness for important causes throughout Sonoma County and beyond.

Approved organizations may have the opportunity to:
• Share information about their mission and programs
• Engage with market guests and families
• Accept donations or sell approved merchandise/fundraising items
• Build community awareness during a high-traffic holiday weekend

This is a curated event, and applications will be reviewed based on overall fit, community impact, and available space.

We’re excited to support organizations making a positive impact in our community and look forward to learning more about your work.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event
• Space for non-profit organizations is limited and curated
• Approved organizations are responsible for bringing their own setup materials unless otherwise discussed
• Organizations must comply with all local laws, permits, and event regulations
• Event organizers reserve the right to approve all materials, signage, fundraising activities, and merchandise sold on-site
• Organizations are responsible for maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional booth space throughout the event
• Event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise announced
• Additional setup instructions, timelines, and event details will be provided upon acceptance
