About the application
SMAC is now accepting vendors for our upcoming conference experience. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, services, or brand to attendees from across the region. We welcome retail, beauty, apparel, ministry, lifestyle, and community-based businesses. Vendor spaces are limited and will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Vendor Marketplace will provide businesses the opportunity to showcase products and services to conference attendees, artists, and ministry leaders throughout the event.
Premier vendor spaces are positioned in the Main Building with easy attendee access, providing increased exposure throughout the conference. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each vendor space includes:
• One 6–8 ft vendor table
• Two chairs
• Vendor credentials for 2 representatives

Terms & Conditions
SMAC Vendor Terms & Conditions:
By submitting a vendor application and payment, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the SMAC Conference:
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors are responsible for providing their own:
- Tablecloth and/or table covering
- Vendor signage, banners, and display materials
- Extension cords, power strips, or additional setup materials if needed
- Any additional equipment required for their booth setup
Booth Setup & Breakdown:
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time provided by the SMAC team. All booths must remain fully set up and operational during event hours. Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and organized. Breakdown and removal of materials may only begin after the event concludes unless otherwise approved by event management.
Payments & Fees:
Vendor spaces are not secured until full payment has been received.
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SMAC organizers. Vendor fees may not be transferred to another business without prior approval.
Product & Conduct Guidelines:
SMAC reserves the right to deny or remove vendors whose products, services, or conduct are deemed inappropriate for the event atmosphere. Vendors must operate professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow vendors.
No illegal, offensive, or prohibited items may be sold or distributed.
Liability:
Vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, and personal property. SMAC, Tabernacle of Praise, and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors agree to operate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their booth and activities.
Agreement:
Submission of payment and participation in the event confirms that the vendor has read, understood, and agreed to all SMAC Vendor Terms & Conditions.
