Welcome to the Cowboy Market! Please review the application and market policies carefully before submitting your registration. If you have any questions, we are happy to help. Please send all questions to cowboymarket@valleyviewmt.com
This application serves as an electronic agreement. By selecting your booth space and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Cowboy Market rules, policies, and terms. Your electronic submission constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendor Setup & Event Information
Vendor Setup: 12:00 PM – 2:45 PM
All vendors must be fully set up, open, and ready for business when the gates open at 3:00 PM.
Truck & Trailer Vendors: Upon application approval, please contact Nicole so we can coordinate arrival time.
Upon Arrival:
Please check in with Valley View staff so we can direct you to your assigned booth location.
- Once unloaded, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area as quickly as possible to help alleviate congestion and allow other vendors access to the setup area.
- Please note that tables, chairs, tents, power chords, and other booth equipment are not provided.
- Vendors are required to keep all products and equipment within the line limits of their booth.
- Please return the area of your booth to the original condition it was in at the time of your arrival. If applicable, tent stake holes set in dirt must be refilled with dirt. Garbage must be disposed of properly before departure. All merchandise and equipment must be removed.
- Small Honda type generators are permitted, no larger than 2200 watts. (Some exceptions for trailer vendors.)
- Please do not leave your booth unattended. Valley View Rodeo is not liable for loss/theft of goods.
- Vendor space does not include rodeo tickets.
Help Us Promote the Event
We encourage all vendors to promote their participation in the Cowboy Market at the Valley View Rodeo on their social media channels (if applicable). Please tag us in your posts so we can feature and spotlight your business on our social media pages.
Event Hours
All vendors are expected to remain fully operational until the Cowboy Market closes at 7:00 PM. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted. To facilitate the transition of attendees to the rodeo, all vendors are expected to begin teardown at 7:00 PM.
Vendor Conduct
Failure to adhere to market rules and policies may result in a review of your participation and could affect eligibility for future Cowboy Market events.
