Terms & Conditions
Christmas in July Festival 2026

By submitting an application and/or participating in the Christmas in July Festival 2026 (âEventâ), the food truck vendor (âVendorâ) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions as set forth by Goinâ Social Events, Kennedy Creek Resort, and any affiliated partners (âEvent Producersâ).

1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Union County, and local regulations, including but not limited to:
Georgia Department of Public Health requirements
Local health department regulations
Union County Fire Marshal regulations
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, and inspections necessary to operate at the Event.

2. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
General event insurance is provided by Goinâ Social Events as the Event Producer. While individual vendor insurance is recommended, it is not required.
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation is at Vendorâs own risk and is responsible for protecting their property, equipment, staff, and operations.

3. Health, Safety & Fire Regulations
Vendor must comply with all Fire Marshal and public safety requirements, including but not limited to:
Approved fire extinguishers on-site at all times
Proper propane usage and storage
Generator safety, placement, and noise compliance
Food handling and sanitation standards as required by law
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

4. Menu, Pricing & Product Approval
All menus, pricing, and food offerings must be submitted for approval. No substitutions, additions, or pricing changes may be made without prior written consent from Event Producers.
Event Producers reserve the right to limit menu overlap and restrict specific food items to maintain a curated vendor mix.

5. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:
Load-in and load-out times
Booth/tent space assignments
Required operational hours
All vendors MUST remain on-site, fully set up, and staffed for the entire duration of the Event.
Failure to operate for the full duration, early departure, or late arrival may result in penalties, forfeiture of fees, or exclusion from future events.

6. Electricity & Power
Electricity is limited and NOT guaranteed. Vendors requiring power must request it in advance within their application.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own generator or independent power source. Event Producers cannot guarantee voltage, outlets, or availability of electricity.

7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe vending area at all times.
All trash, grease, wastewater, and debris must be disposed of in approved locations
Dumping grease or wastewater on-site or into storm drains is strictly prohibited
Violations may result in fines or removal from the Event.

8. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goinâ Social Events, Kennedy Creek Resort, Union County, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from Vendor participation, including but not limited to:
Personal injury
Illness
Property damage
Regulatory violations

9. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance
Vendor acknowledges that Event Producers do not guarantee:
Sales volume or profitability
Attendance numbers
Weather conditions
Event outcomes
Event Producers shall not be liable for loss of revenue, unsold product, weather-related impacts, or low attendance.
Â
10. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event will take place rain or shine.
All vendor fees and deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of:
Severe weather
Acts of God
Government orders
Public safety concerns
Any circumstances beyond Event Producersâ control
Â
11. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Producers reserve the absolute right to:
Refuse any vendor application
Reassign vendor locations
Remove any vendor for non-compliance, safety concerns, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct
Removal will be without refund.
Â
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue for any legal action exclusively in Union County, Georgia.
Â
13. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of fees, and/or participation in the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

| Food Truck (12x10) | $250.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single Booth Size: 12’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 10’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space. |
| Food Truck (24x10) | $350.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Double Booth Size: 24’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 10’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space. |
