Welcome to the Festival Cultural Latino 2026! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. Please see the full terms and conditions below. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

You can set up between 7AM to 9:30 AM. We ask that you are ready by 9:30AM as we tend to get people that come early. Vendors will receive their location assignment at check-in. Vendors whose products generate waste must provide trash containers for customer use. Vendors are responsible for set-up and clean up. Breakdown will begin at 6PM. Vendors must remain on site for the duration of the festival.

Vendors must supply their own equipment (examples: tent, chairs, tables, etc.). No electricity will be provided, please plan accordingly. ALL TENTS MUST BE WEIGHED DOWN - this is the responsibility of the vendor. Any tent that is not properly weighed down one hour prior to festivities beginning will be asked to resolve the issue before being able to participate in the festival; otherwise, you will be forced to take down your tent for the duration of the festival. This is a SAFETY issue. You may not tie your tent to another vendor.

The festival will be held rain or shine – no rain date will be scheduled, and no refunds will be given.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

The application deadline is October 15, 2026. Booth fee is $75 for vendors for a 10’ x 10’ space or $150 for a 10' x 20' space. The fee for non-profits is $0. Space is limited and we will be reviewing applications as they come in. We will let you know when your application has been accepted or if we have any follow-up questions. Please do not send in a payment. Payment for vendor space will be due upon approval of application.

Puede instalarse entre las 7:00 a. m. y las 9:30 a. m. Le pedimos que esté listo a las 9:30 a. m., ya que solemos recibir gente que llega temprano. Los vendedores recibirán su ubicación asignada al registrarse. Los vendedores cuyos productos generan desechos deben proporcionar contenedores de basura para que los usen los clientes. Los vendedores son responsables de la instalación y la limpieza. El desmontaje comenzará a las 6:00 p. m. Los vendedores deben permanecer en el sitio durante la duración del festival.

Los vendedores deben proporcionar su propio equipo (ejemplos: carpa, sillas, mesas, etc.). No se proporcionará electricidad, planifique en consecuencia. TODAS LAS CARPAS DEBEN ESTAR SUJETAS CON PESO: esto es responsabilidad del vendedor. Cualquier carpa que no esté debidamente lastrada una hora antes del comienzo de las festividades deberá resolver el problema antes de poder participar en el festival; de lo contrario, se te obligará a desmontar tu carpa durante la duración del festival. Esto es un problema de SEGURIDAD. No se puede atar una carpa a otro vendedor.

El festival se llevará a cabo con lluvia o con sol; no se programarán fechas en caso de lluvia y no se otorgarán reembolsos.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SOLICITUD

La fecha límite de solicitud es el 15 de Octubre de 2026.

El precio para un puesto es $75 para un espacio de 10’ x 10’ pies o $150 para un espacio de 10' x 20'. El precio para organizaciones de no lucro es $0. El espacio es limitado y revisaremos las solicitudes a medida que lleguen. Nos comunicaremos con usted para avisarle si su solicitud ha sido aprobada, o si tenemos preguntas. Por favor no envíe un pago. El pago del espacio del vendedor deberá realizarse una vez aprobada la solicitud.
