About the application
Thank you for your interest in the Youth Market at Wine & Harvest Festival 2026! The festival operating hours are:
SEPTEMBER 19th 10am - 6pm
SEPTEMBER 20TH 10am - 5pm
THE YOUTH MARKET HAS MOVED! This year we're designating a special space along Washington Avenue designed for any/all makers 12th grade and under to showcase their special talents to the thousands of people who will visit during Wine and Harvest Festival weekend!
***Please note, youth vendors will have the same procedures and requirements as the regular vendors including load-in, booth set-up & vending hours. See the Vendor Guide in the Documents section for more information.

There is no fee for the Youth Market application.
IMPORTANT DATES:
July 1 2026: Application Deadline
On Going: Acceptance/rejection/waitlist Notifications
August 17: Booth fees charged to the payment on file
Aug 28: Vendor may cancel for full refund. No refunds are given after Aug 28, 2026
PLEASE NOTE: This application is for YOUTH Market Vendors only! Any application that does not fit the criteria of A YOUTH MARKETPLACE VENDOR will be rejected.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A valid credit card or debit card must be entered for the booth fee to be charged on August 17th.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
Washington Avenue $50+ 6% processing fee: Items need to be 100% handmade. Booths can stay up overnight but have to be pulled back into the parking lane. Please refer to FAQ for more information.
